Security At OmniThink
At OmniThink, security is a first-class concern, not an afterthought. Our customers trust us with their data, and we design our platform, infrastructure, and processes to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of that data at every layer.
Our platform runs on Google Cloud Platform, giving it the physical, network, and environmental security of one of the world's leading cloud providers. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 and above) and at rest. Access to production systems is granted on a least-privilege basis and protected by single sign-on with enforced multi-factor authentication.
We follow a secure development lifecycle: every change is peer-reviewed and deployed through automated pipelines, with dependency and secret scanning to catch issues before they reach production. We continuously monitor our systems, maintain a formal incident response process, and regularly exercise our business continuity and disaster recovery plans so we are prepared if something goes wrong.
As an AI company, we are deliberate about how data moves through our systems: we do not send customer data to third-party model providers, and customer content is not used to train external models. Our security program is backed by formal policies, ongoing risk assessment, security training for our team, and active vendor oversight. We are currently completing a SOC 2 examination covering Security, Availability, and Confidentiality, and we maintain this Trust Center to give you transparency into our controls, subprocessors, and practices.
